Meeting was held at the home of Tom and Diane Harrell in Pitman, NJ. Meeting was called to order by Marjorie Moser at 7:30 P.M. Those in attendance were Mary Kensler, John Moser, Marjorie Moser, Diane Harrell, Tom Harrell, Robert Boddy, Cindy Boddy, Tom Binns, Leslie Seidel, Betty Lou Marter, Fran Lallo, Julie Bishop, Pat Murphy, and Kathy Comley.
●MINUTES FROM THE October 10th General Membership Meeting - A Motion was made by Mary Kensler to accept the minutes as posted on the Website. Seconded by Pat Murphy – all in favor.
●TREASURER’S REPORT: John advised all bills paid after the last show – we have a balance of $4783.04. Thanks to all for saving costs – John also indicated that

received. A motion was made by Tom
Binns that if any rate increases occur in relation to the fair contract that
changes may have to be made to the Show Entry form. Motion seconded by Pat
